Welcome to Lavanda's terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered at Lavanda.
Please read carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please also read our privacy policies regarding personal information provided by you.
We may change these terms and conditions without notice. Changes will apply to all subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make changes to the terms that apply to that order.
PURCHASES
When you place an order on our website, we will send you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order will not take place until shipment of your order, at which time the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged. Once you've checked out and received your order confirmation email, you won't be able to make any changes to your order, so make sure everything is correct before clicking the 'CHECKOUT' button.
Any discount caused by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted, but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The ordered product is not available in stock.
- Our inability to authorize a payment.
- The identification of an error within the product information, including the price or promotion.
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you.
We reserve the right to decline any offer to purchase at any time. We will take all necessary steps to keep your order details and payment secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been shipped. Prices include VAT (where applicable).
INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPMENTS
We have the following shipping options available:
STANDARD SHIPPING:
On purchases over $599 it's FREE.
In purchases less than $599 they have a cost of $100mxn.
Standard orders will ship within 48 hours of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
The package will take 2-4 business days to arrive after being shipped.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
They cost $150mxn.
Express orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
The package will arrive within the next business day after being shipped.
Considerations:
- Business days are Monday through Friday from 00:01am to 11:59pm. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
- In express shipments, if your order is placed before 12:00 pm (noon) it will be shipped the same day, if your order is placed after the indicated time, it will be shipped until the next business day.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- You can follow the route of your package by consulting the guide that we will send you by email.
- Delivery times are estimates and Lavanda is not responsible for any delay since that is the responsibility of the shipping company.

PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS
If you used your debit or credit card to make the payment, you will be charged once the merchandise has been shipped to the delivery address. We will send you an email to confirm shipment. See www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar tax) at the current rate for which we are responsible as a seller. The amount you pay will be the indicated price.

All pieces are meticulously handcrafted from start to finish using the highest quality leathers, silks, metals and crystals. We care about creating quality accessories that can be treasured for generations.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the actual colors of our products on the website. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor or screen. Therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen will accurately reflect the actual color of the product. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct and we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
We ask that you handle your piece with the utmost care. Please keep it in a dry place and fully protect it from perfumes, hairsprays and lotions (as these materials will cloud glass pieces and stain or damage leather, silk and metals).
Each lavender order includes a beautiful box designed to store your pieces. Use it to keep them protected. Boxes are included with every order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All our products have a guarantee
Our pieces have a guarantee from the moment of purchase that covers possible manufacturing defects, but in no case those caused by improper use.
Against manufacturing defects, the parts have a 30-day guarantee, during which time any repair that has to be done will be covered by our company, as well as the return shipment of the part.
Accidental breakages, total or partial loss of the product, as well as gold plating are excluded from this guarantee due to not being able to verify the use or care of the piece.
