Our parts have a guarantee from the moment of purchase that covers eventual manufacturing defects but in no case those caused by improper use.

Against manufacturing defects, the pieces have a 30-day guarantee, during which time any repair that has to be done will be covered by Lavanda, as well as the return shipment of the piece.

Accidental breakage, total or partial loss of the product, as well as gold plating are excluded from this guarantee, since the use or care of the piece cannot be verified.
