The four C's
The 4Cs are the measurable ways in which we can assess diamond quality.
CUT
The cut is made up of various measurements of a diamond's proportions, the arrangement and alignment of the facets, and the quality of the polish, which determine how the facets interact with light.
COLOR
The color grade of a diamond refers to the presence or lack of tint in the diamond. Generally refers to a yellow tint.
CARAT
The carat is a measure of how much a diamond weighs.
CLARITY
A diamond's clarity grade is based on the number, size, and location of naturally occurring blemishes and how easy they are to see.
